      Well packaged, and is almost as described. Testing item, item works to line voltage and cuts out beyond that, so will item not go over line voltage by any percentage. Voltage dial has a slight bend in the shaft meaning this took a fall at some point in it's life and is really noticeable turning the dial. The description did say refurbished, the gauges seem to function just fine, otherwise it is used and works. Thank you.
