The buyer brought a item and only the box that it was shipped in was damaged during delivery which is not my fault. The box was only damaged and not the product. My policy clearly states that there are no returns. I offered a partial refund and for the buyer to keep the product and they turned it down. The buyer was very rude and left a negative feedback just to be mean.
