I'm not going to waste my time with everything else and only address the main issue. The shipping quality is the WORST I've ever seen. There was zero protection and nothing keeping it from bouncing around in the box that wasn't even sealed all the way. I'd be surprised if this high power charger works for more than a month after being thrown around for 12 days. Something is bound to be broken inside of it.
