The product was described as working fine but in fact there were problems, I did contact the seller he said if not happy send back but tick a box that made it not his fault. I decided to work with it as the feature not working I don't use much. Now it's not working. ( Seller takes 24 hours to reply as on holiday ) Buyer is annoyed that seller won't still refund and so leaves negative feedback. Make of that what you will ....
