    The TV has stopped working in less than a month. I have sent a message that seller has not responded to my messages. The product was described as working fine but in fact there were problems, I did contact the seller he said if not happy send back but tick a box that made it not his fault. I decided to work with it as the feature not working I don't use much. Now it's not working. No Response !

    And now the facts for balance. Buyer purchased old TV/dvd combi. Contacts to say that can't use digital Ariel. ( As model isn't compatible) I offer a return but as item is not faulty buyer would need to pay post. Buyer doesn't take offer. 31 days later 28 year old item fails outside of eBay return window. ( Seller takes 24 hours to reply as on holiday ) Buyer is annoyed that seller won't still refund and so leaves negative feedback. Make of that what you will ....
