I've shopped for this vacuum over a year and this was an excellent price and shipping fees. The vacuum's description was as described -- in A+ condition. However, the base of one of the wheels is bent which forces the opposite wheel off the ground. I imagine that this happened in shipping because the way it is bent meant it took a sudden force as if it was dropped on an angle. It can be fixed, I 'm 100% satisfied. Thank you!

Then, unfortunately, the USPS decided to give the package a vacation and instead of sending it to North Florida sent it to Puerto Rico. That's not the seller's fault and the seller did everything they could and I appreciate their efforts. Their communication was excellent and the product was exactly what I was looking for at an excellent price.
