    The item was as described, although it was not packaged well. It’s obvious the shipper taped the box several times in route. The box arrived with a sizable hole and the sellers response was you got a mattress for half price. The seller was difficult to deal with, and did not honor his initial price offering.

    why dont you tell people the truth?? after you got it delivered you said the box was "LITERALLY DESTROYED". I showed you the picture that UPS took and there was no damage. There was no damage to the box, just so that you can get a partial refund. Nothing was wrong with the mattress. Obviously I'm going to put a lot of tape on, its not going to make a trip on one piece of tape.
