It was technically functional to log into windows, but the CMOS battery was completely dead and the BIOS had a password on it. However this was still a pretty decent value for the price even when factoring in the tinker time. It even cosmetically looks really good for being a used workstation. Would def recommend seller as long as you know what you are buying/getting yourself into with experience level.
