As of yet I have not made the exchange for a new computer but I have complete faith that it will be transacted without any problems. I have to say that this was the fastest delivery I have ever from ANY purchase I've made on EBay. I received the laptop like 39 hours after I placed the order. Crazy. The computer itself was in perfect esthetic condition.
