The installation of win 11 failed after I connect to my local internet and was logging into Microsoft with my MS account. When I enter my account it disconnect from my internet and returns me to the login into MS account page which I did 2X with the same process and attempted again with my valid username and password but was sent to RECOVERY "Your PC/Device need to be repaired" Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. I also called and left a support message on Thx. Joe
