The picture included shows the tape exactly as I pulled it from the box, the "broken" sticker was on the tape when I opened it, so I'm assuming the seller knew it was broken. Overall leaving neutral feedback as I feel even with one of the tapes broken, the packaging condition and price make it worth keeping the item
