I hate to complain, but I have to give this a neutral rating. I have tried twice to purchase this product - once in May and this time in September - but I have been sent the wrong item each time. The funny thing is I received the same wrong book each time. What I did receive was in great condition and packaged well. Also, the seller worked with me to get a refund, so I'm not listing this as negative. Anyway, I still want this book, but I don't know if I want to try them a third time.
