I wash my hair every 5-7 days. This product is applied to clean, damp hair. I found that using 1 or 2 pumps goes a long way. I have long brown hair that does have a lot of shine but I notice this amplifies mine. Each bottle is 4.25” tall, 1.7oz. but it doesn’t take much. It also is a heat protection.
