It only tilts forward or back. This rest has several inches of forward and back adjustment and because it’s a double knuckle design with two hinge points, if you’re like me and 140 pounds 5‘9“ you can move it forward to touch the small of your back because your skinny ass doesn’t go clear to the back of the seat like a fat ass.
