The box arrived with a sizable hole and the sellers response was you got a mattress for half price. The seller was difficult to deal with, and did not honor his initial price offering. I showed you the picture that UPS took and there was no damage. There was no damage to the box, just so that you can get a partial refund. Nothing was wrong with the mattress. Obviously I'm going to put a lot of tape on, its not going to make a trip on one piece of tape.
