      Just noticed this negative feedback, but never received a request for return or refund. The unit was working when it left here, and you report that it initially worked when you received it. Are you certain your VersaPak batteries were charged and inserted firmly? Did it start working again since your original feedback? If you still have a problem, please let me know.
