    The left side shoulder bolt is missing from the top sealer jaw. Useless without it. I've ordered another shoulder bolt and hopefully that's the only thing wrong with the unit. Otherwise, happy with delivery speed, the protective packaging and the overall external condition of the sealer. It's still a good value if this makes it operable.
