The seller wrapped a rubber band around it. When I opened it, the elastic in these shorts was so old that it no longer functions. these shorts were not as described. Regardless buyer was offered to return for a full refund if they were not satisfied with condition. They elected to keep item and send negative feedback. This does not represent our store with hundreds of happy customer!

They we definitely worn a lot cause it is separating. Not sure if I can wear them but I can at least use them as decoration for my company. Could also try to get them fixed by a shoe shop. In any case, the price was good and shipping done well.
