Note that it clearly states that it is "Brand New" & that it includes the hoses. Not only was it missing the hoses, but it also was missing an instruction manual and warranty card. The seller claimed that his description as "Brand New" was an error and should have read "Open Box". Even so, EBay's definition of "Open Box" (copy attached) states that it must include all items. Is this a 99% seller?
