    Seller took about a week to ship despite the listing stating 1 business day handling. When the DVR finally arrived (after also being stuck in shipping for 9 days) it was locked with a password and completely unusable. This was never disclosed in the listing, and it’s clear the seller didn’t check if the unit was fully functional before selling it. Seller offered no solution and just told me to contact the manufacturer. Poor transparency and zero accountability. Will not buy from again.
