    Whilst I didn't receive the goods (that was an issue with Royal Mail, despite being tracked). I don't feel the supplier could have done any more. Their communication is excellent, fair minded and it certainly wouldn't put me off using them again.     Unfortunately the seller Sonia informed me promptly that there was a shortage of the wool I had ordered. She said there would be a weeks delay. I was happy to wait. I had another email to say that the supplier she buys from was unable to provide further stock. Sonia was happy to provide an alternative or a refund. I chose the refund as the wool/colour was what my granddaughter wanted for her blanket. The refund was returned very promptly. Excellent service, no quibbles and prompt attention.
