No foil, no styrofoam, not paper even. Item was described as working and in good condition - at my door it was just trash. Cover destroyed, CD not working, even tray does not eject. Our mail system is pretty good but leaving it into the hands of an international carrier, which probably tossed it around with no regard for anything. Secondly, this is the only complaint I heard - no communication from you before. Pretty fast to give someone negative feedback without adding up all the facts of what actually happened..
