All ended well, however, the phone was locked (had been activated by someone else), and it took a couple of days and several phone calles to Spectrum, Apple and even a visit to the Apple store to resolve. We did call to Spectrum to veryify the IMEI was valid. Carrier will not tell you if it is currently activated. The several phone calls was to find someone at Spectrum willing to reset the phone to get rid of the former activation. Only negative, no communication from seller.
