    The laptop I received looked brand new. It was outstanding, truly. The quality feels good too. Good value as well. The only thing I wish I knew before was that the laptop was still in Microsoft's Autopilot system. I almost made the laptop not functional due to factory resetting it. I will be contacting Microsoft to see if they can remove it. Luckily I was able to get it working by downgrading it to Windows 10.
