They will even tell you RM tracking is systemically stuck unless they "push it"! But hears the truth RM tracking is actually superb & the item came from overseas. I don't appreciate being lied to

The stitching around the fingers of the glove were already pulling out in long threads before the packaging was opened. Also it doesn’t stay hot for very long. The seller claims to be in the UK but the item was clearly posted in China and took forever to get here. The item was dispatched the next day after ordering but took a week to arrive.
