      Never received the item due to some delays, I guess. The seller was quick to reply, and was polite. However, they failed the most important part: delivering the goods. This wasted nearly 2 months of my time, waiting for an item that never arrived. I would advice the seller to be more proactive following up orders instead of waiting until the customer reaches out.
