It was over a week, tracking of postage never updated. Seller would not send a replacement till after 10 working days. I had incurred a much bigger bill with my car being stuck at a lift at a car garage. Problem was seller did not pay the right postage and I had to pay a further 12.10. the product was poor packaged with crushed and missing fitting kit, bolts missing through holes in various places.
