The batteries that came with the item were not suitable to sustain the device so it would not switch on. When I asked the seller for support in regards from this, I only received an "out of office" automated message and no response. I had to contact the supplier directly to get firmware updates, send a video to show the batteries were not working. I had to buy 2300mAh batteries in order for it to work.
