Packaging was good but the only thing is the chain was extremely knotted and tangled when I removed it from the box. I was able to untangle it but it did take some time and luckily the chain didn't break where it's thin. Maybe taping necklaces to the box would help to avoid this going forward. Overall happy with my purchase, thank you!
