Item did have some slight damage to glass side panel which had come loose and a couple of the retaining pins had bent.. plastic release button and spring fallen out but luckily we're still in the box. Managed straighten pins and put catch back..PC seems to be running as expected.. seller suggested diagnostic test and all items passed. Although warranty has expired on HP site seller assures me still 1 year from purchase.
