Buyer purchased brand new ink nearly a month ago, she presumably used it for that month, she then purchased more of that same ink from me, then after it was sent out, she opened a return on the first set claiming they had dried up, which would have been discovered immediately, and probably would have prevented her from purchasing another set of the same ink from me. And she has a reputation for return fraud.
