Binding has minimal wear. The majority of pages are undamaged with minimal creasing or tearing, minimal pencil underlining of text, no highlighting of text, no writing in margins. No missing pages.

Whomever the engineer is that "mastered" this CD needs to have their hearing checked. On my high end quality stereo it's tinny and flat. IMHO it's "unlistenable". In addition the last song "Dee outtakes" on THIS CD does not track. Disc looks fine. Not sure what the problem is? No scratches or dings. I doubt I'll listen to it again. Plus I didn't find Rhodes guitar playing that great. Call me disappointed.
