I opened the box and the phone as described. Didn't need to be in communication with the seller because I just tracked the package through the app. Honestly is a nice looking phone, top quality. I love the 21:9 aspect ratio, feels very good. Even though is the mark IV feels like new gen. Excellent choice of product and seller.

It would send and receive data (text and emails) okay. I ended up returning for a full refund including the return shipping. Lesson learned. Seller did what they could but this is old technology and neither AT&T nor BlackBerry want to hear from consumers trying to troubleshoot these old Privs.
