After several calls and messages I was able to get it rectified. If this happens to you, don’t bother trying to get a seller or eBay to fix it. eBay was the worst saying they would but ultimately did not. After hours of searching for this particular product from nearby retailers, & was informed by the company who makes "Swiffers", that this model was discontinued in 2024 & to just buy their new designs. I did & was very disappointed in new products craftmanship. So very grateful to have found on Ebay, "TheSpeedyAvenger". My Swiffer works just great Thank you so much !
