In the thousands that have gone out, this is only the second that the Post Office destroyed. It has insurance and I will issue a full refund. We do put it in a hard cardboard backing and put it in a rigid sleeve - I actually spend a lot of time sourcing the high end packages so this doesn't happen. We mark both sides with do not bend label so it is upsetting to say the least when a piece of paper has survived 100 years and the post office destroys
