Looks great but can’t get it to communicate with computer . It will not even copy a document. Ink carts are full although not or HP. But that is what I used for 30 years with my old 6978. It worked fine. My son tried to set it up and will give it another try. If he can’t get it to work I will want to return, since I didn,t get what was ordered I assume that will not be a problem

I'm not sure it would even function if powered up. The seller was easy to work with and resolve the issue.
