    I could not ask a refund because I did not know the communication from the depth sounder to other instrument was not working. The sounder was working fine, but no communication to any instrument , took me a while to figure it out why my chart plotter could not receive the depth sounder’s information when I change it for another one then I find out that unit was not taking to my chart plotters

    How do you know I wouldn`t refund you, you never asked. A negative is completely uncalled for in this case. Just because it says 14 days doesn`t mean in certain situations that can`t be extended. Again, what is a good relationship without communication.
