I then reached out to see how I could help, and offered to send them a free return label and to refund them. When they opened up the return, the picture they sent was of their garden in their back yard instead of a picture of the supposed broken printer. Im glad I took a video of this printer printing out the test page I kept with the serial number! Just wanted others to know to be careful of this sort of activity!
