We tried contacting the other buyer even before responding to this person. We tried three times to be exact with no response so obviously wanted to keep the cuff. This buyer started using foul language and getting nasty, we said we do have this other one available or we can send a return label. She got even rudier. I am sorry but what's wrong with the world today people are so mean and nasty over a bracelet.
