When asking about it I was told "they got it i swear" It was only finally shipped after I kept pressing them about it and eventually opening a case demanding a refund. They begged me to close it, told me they dropped it off that day (so they lied before) and tried to bribe me with extra packs. This is clearly a recurring issue with this seller.
