Disk had minimal fingerprints and no observable defects. The game, however, crashes during certain sequences and I don't find references to other people complaining about it. That being said, because the disk looks intact and without issues, I don't think this is on the seller. Overally seller did what they committed to do, so I would give them another look in the future.
