He agreed to a reduced figure on the sale so I paid it, then he set up a recurring card payment on my bank account which is illegal. Used Royal Mail as a cover for a tracking number but Royal Mail haven't received the item. My £550.00 is in his pocket & he hasn't responded to any of my emails requesting an update on delivery. I don't think he's got any intention of delivering the laptop. He has been reported to Ebay!
