The item was in beautiful condition, but noticed an issue which they immediately helped me troubleshoot, and when we determined it was one of four tubes that apparently was not working correctly they shipped me replacements at no cost. That was not part of the deal, this seller cares about their reputation and their customers, I will definitively buy from them again, and so should you if you're reading this!

It arrives safely without any damage to the box; I like FedEx the best. The CD player looks near mint and works perfectly. I am very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend this seller to anyone looking for a good deal on any used HiFi equipment. I paid $929 for the Denon DCD-01700NE which was much cheaper that buying it new for $1700.
