I opened it up turned it on and it was malfunctioning. The charger wasn't working, the batteries weren't staying consistent. I knew right away that the carrier must have dropped the package during the delivery. I even requested the seller to please package the item well. Unfortunately I had to spend my time to return the item and buy another radio, please package ur items well
