Both were looking good and in great condition. That was a great thing for me. I emailed the seller and in return, I received two files. One is a video showing how to assemble the reducer, in Chinese, but I could make out the process. I am building a telescope GOTO mount with them, which is almost ready. I have done test runs and both reducers are running smoothly, confirming good quality.

They arrived in clean and consistent packaging that was not damaged at all. One note - the product page showed that they had a machined finish on parts of the casing, but they actually came with a hard, clear anodizing - which I prefer. They were super easy to get working with the documentation on the seller's product page. I briefly tested them, and they were very smooth.
