Likely dropshipping from Amazon, as Amazon has restrictions on shipping all non-lowflow shower heads to CA, which is why I had to turn to eBay in the first place. Frustrating to have to waste a week of back and forth, why not post a warning that this item cannot be shipped to CA?!
