    The piccolo arrived in good time and as described it is brand new. It was padded and packed well all keys function, mouth piece fits well and it has a beautiful pitch. The Cons: A Priority mail bag was turned inside out. I've added pictures to show. This caused a postage due. I'd rather pay the postage because it is inconvenient to go to the post office. It's really out of my way. The post office holds the package until you pick it up and pay the postage due.
