    the product was packaged poorly. arrived damaged. the arrangement of the packaging that did protect the motherboard suggests that it was also damaged before shipment. the seller did comunicate with me beforehand, but failed to mention the bent cpu socket pins. shady, deceptive seller. do not recomend.

    Hi etlawr63, sorry for the late reply, I'm just now seeing this feedback. I'm sorry to hear that the item arrived damaged! Do you recall if you paid for insurance on the shipping? I can try to assist in getting USPS to cover a portion of the order. Were you able to bend the bent pin(s) back?
