    I specifically required a gas tight taper thread (BSPT), other customers confirmed these fittings met this specific specification. The first delivery went missing (Royal Mail), I contacted the Company whom asked me to raise via ebay. Within an hour the Company contacted me by e:mail with a detailed solution and delivered replacement fittings via 'tracked' DHL as advised within 24hrs. Things go wrong on occasions, it's how companies respond that matters, Duncan Rogers Ltd were excellent.
