- *****- Feedback left by buyer.More than a year agoVerified purchasePurchased the Sync 1 to Sync 3 upgrade kit for my 2014 Ford Fusion. Install was extremely simple however there was one wiring modification that needed to be completed for the AC to work properly. Tech support was extremely helpful in figuring out why my microphone was not working on the new system (two wires had to be switched). Great job guys!

I found out and sent them a message, they were sorry for the misunderstanding, allowed me to keep the turbo and issued a refund with no hassle. I would buy from these guys again. They are awesome. 5 stars. The item I did receive was great, brand new, and looks amazing.
